Lens Builder privacy policy

Lens Builder ("the app") is provided by Infibrix Technologies. This policy explains what the app reads and stores when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store.

What we access

• Products: to create and update the lens products the merchant chooses, and to show the lens selector on frames.
• Sales channel publications: to make lens products available on the Online Store.
• Checkout validations: to switch on a rule that keeps each lens with its frame.

What we store

• The shop domain and an access token, so the app can work for the merchant. These are deleted when the app is uninstalled.
• The merchant's lens settings, saved inside the merchant's own Shopify store.

Customer data and prescriptions

The app does not store customer personal data. When a shopper uploads a prescription, the file is sent directly to the merchant's Shopify store and saved as a property of the order line. Lens Builder never receives, copies or processes the file. Merchants are responsible for handling prescriptions in line with the laws that apply to them.

Data requests

We respond to Shopify's customer data request, customer redaction and shop redaction webhooks. Because we keep no customer data, there is nothing to export or erase on our side.
